The NME (No More Excuses) Earrings are an inspirational, and stylish, reminder to help you pursue whatever goal is important to you. Pronounced en-uh-mee, because excuses are the enemy, these earrings are made from hand rolled polymer clay. The bead is not painted - the design you see on the bead has been created through a unique process called Millefiori, an ancient technique used by glass makers for centuries. Colors and patterns are molded into the bead during manufacturing and will never chip, fade or peel.

The wire is made of sterling silver. Leverback earrings are a customer favorite because they’re easy to take on and off, and you never have to worry about losing an earring or backing.
